Yes! She's new in the rehearsal studio. Charlotta Wilson. Keyboard player and teacher. Sure, she is. A real time school teacher .... and musician. And also, just wonderful to be around.
Charlotta, or Challe, is part of the pop up pop band Forsberg Wilson & Muller Feat: the Stefan and the Spanjolettes. She will be playing keyboards and maybe bass. We are working on the arrangements of the songs we are going on stage with. And since the settning now is much different from when the songs where mixed and recorded we are working on how to best play them. The songs are some of Gus Mullers songs and a cover or two from other artists.
So we are working on our arrangements and looking on workload and possibilities. Öjje Forsberg will be playing the drums and will sing backing vocals, Challe will be playing keyboards and maybe bass and Gus will be playing guitar and bass. Gus will also be lead voice. We will have to be able to carry the songs on just us three. Not easy. Because the Stefan (Stefan Hedenström) will be apearing just on and off in some songs. And the Spanjolettes, the backing voices ....... we don't even know who they are yet ........
Anyway Challe is slowly coming to grips with the songs and Öjjes and my playingstyle. Öjje and I have been playing together a long time. So we know exactly how we want it ..... Not easy for Challe to climb into. But Challe is not all new to it. She was part of the first band Gus played in, Tumult. She played keyboards and Gus and Challe chared the lead vocal role. We even had a couple of very nice duets.
Well we are getting there. Challe has as yet not started telling us of in good old school teacher style, but last rehearsal .... I think she was close. Because the lingo is .... maybe .... sometime .... ehee .... Meetooish?
