Ahh...well.... no. But, Karin Gemfors, the kick ass voice coach, needed some new pictures for her new web-site. So, she asked the best looking...... no, not that either... she asked the oldest pupil she has. Probably. Anyway I'm on the pictures and we had a great time. It was a regular lesson but with a photographer on the floor.
As usual we had fun. It's always nice to come to Karin. She has this little place two stories down from ground level in the centre of Stockholm. Good acustics, good equipment and and soft carpets. Yeah it's true. Very soft. It's all that it takes. I'v learnt soo much from Karin. When I came to her in 2010 I was quite new to singing. And not good. Not at all. She has nudged me forward step by step. And now singning is my living. I just can't thank her enought.
I'm probably also her oldest studet. Not just in age but also in ... years as a student. Almost 10 years on and off. When I started out she was not yet a certified teacher. So I modeled as a student for her then too. When she had her evaluations on the seminar she had three of her teachers and ofcourse she needed a student. Me. Great occasions those. The three evaluating her are teachers to I think. So they did not keep quiet. I endeed up with 4 teacher these lessons. And they were free!
Anyway Karin has taught me a lot. She is one very important and integral part of Gus Muller. Thank's my friend!
