Our studio is in a basement of a big office building. Cool concrete all around. But when Challe and her three meaty men goes for it for three hours in there when we rehearses….. it gets hot. Unfortunately all the cool concrete is isolated from us by all the sound insulation in the room. So, no help there.
I cool down with Bonaqua. It’s a real lifesaver. And it’s good to. We have had slightly flavoured sparkling water around for a long time. I don’t usually like them. It’s just too little taste and worse than normal sparkling water. But when Bonaqua came around in Sweden it was clearly better. And Bonaqua Pear quickly became my favourite. So on my mick stand…. I have one. Always.
Yesterday we had our first rehearsal in a while and it became intense and hot, happy to see each other again. I really needed my Bonaqua then….
